DW Christmas 2024

c_carol_againFinally got around to watching _Joy to the World_. Probably doesn't need a cut for spoilers by now, but just in case,
* That was ... fine, I guess? Didn't love or hate it, just feel kind of "yeah, that was a Christmas special, all right".
* Pretty sure that didn't make a lick of sense, even by DW standards, but at least it was cute and fun.
* It's just, a little bit of sense-making would have been nice, is all I'm saying.
* Several things I could criticize or nitpick, but I can't be bothered right now. Not sure if that Says Something about the episode itself, or if it's just my current droopy mood.
* It was pretty obvious early on where the star was going to end up, but that part was handled with a light enough touch that it didn't bother me.
Overall rating: 🤷
